Parkour (Free Running)

Has anyone ever tried free running?

It is really cool.

It is a way to explore and open up new paths that you have never gone before.

I do it all the time.
My friend tried to jump off a school block (9/10ft) onto a car, Teahcer came and grabbed him off the roof.

I was balancing on a rail in school and wanted to do a cat grab onto a nearby roof.

I nearly made it and was caught in mid air by my PE teacher :P

'tis funny when teachers grab you.

We have this wood type thing, and i always climb and jump tree to tree..
I fell out of one today, 'twas 12 foot high xD.

I love Free running it is so energetic.

It also lets you reach new heights.

I actually jumped between two roofs on top of a school before the roofs were 20ft off the ground and I almost slipped :P

You really should try it.

Do simple things first. Then go for bigger, harder things after you feel that ure confident :)

Yes, I did it off this massive wall, and tried running down a bush and then this massive tall black guy comes down screaming at me, private property. Obviously I done a runner :D

I've torn my leg muscle in my quadracept or whatever it's called, puts you out for ages..
And it's kinda painful, couldn't do football for ages :o
