Yes go into Fantastico and go down to help center and use that 1 it's the 1 i use and it's quite good =]

I don't really like the one is Fantastico but it can do for now.

Im not sure, But I Think you have to buy most scripts..

Www.SpeedHosting.Com (http://www.SpeedHosting.Com) and look at there script. Not sure if its free though.
