Users, Scammers Etc

I think something should be done about this,

I've got scammed once for 24 HC Sofas

Someone tried to scam me but failed, he owns 3 or more accounts,

the guy who scammed 24 hcs gave me loads of rubbish saying you can edit videos and whatever rubbish,

I think there should be a offical list of scammers, or atleast something to put down the amount of scams

There are numerous reasons why this isn't allowed:

It would be abused People would add people who they don't like on it Against the rules

This is a bad idea because we can never be certain that people scammed unless you have SOLID proof.

i do agree habbox does have alot of scammer's on its forums but its not realy easy to stop it.the list would be s tupid idea though people would do alts and add them on the list. it would also make them feel like habbox is agaist them.habbox does ban scammers if you have proof.

Well, either way our Rules Cover it.

How would you get scammed 24 HCs? Either trading for credits or trading for Runescape or Neopets or whatever. Trading for Runescape or Neopets or any other MMORPGs would be against the Habbo Way and it clearly states that you have to obey the Habbo way on the forum. Also if you trade for credits that's covered in this clause:


A9. Don't sell or buy Habbo accounts - Because the original owner can always get his old habbo back with the original email entered when the habbo was created, it is strictly forbidden to sell or buy Habbo accounts. Trading rares for credits is at your own risk.

Yeah, we could add something about it but we made it that way for a reason. Rock hard, 100% solid proof is basically unobtainable no matter what unless you sit next to the trader. So its impossible to enforce is the up and down of it.
