Nah erm it's good but I think you tried shading the clowns hair. It doesn't look to good (attempt at shading hair).

I like it 7/10. When you posted it you said you didn't have any time to make a balloon, but now your asking for how to make improvements ? Well you must have some time. Did you try and not succeed creating a balloon ? Please try make a balloon :P
