Now Italy is WC-Champion, mh, and they should be very very happy about that.
The penalty against Australia was a gift of the referee, so if the referee didn't gave them this gift, Australia would have won against Australia and can't join the final.
I think the best Teams were Germany, Spain, and Argentina. Germany and Spain were teams with very young players, and Argentina is always a great Team. Brazil just suxx, to old, to sure that they win the WC. And France is a better Team than Italia. Italian Players are more actors than players, and to watch their game is boring I think.

So I am not happy about the Worldchampion, cause the best Team should be WC, and that wasn't Italy!

Australia would've won Australia? Do you know what you're talking about? Face it, Italy is a good team and they deserved the World Cup. If you think Italy's games are boring, watch England VS Paraguay. England started with the 4-4-2 and when they scored, it was 9-1-0 or maybe 10-0-0. Argentina and Australia are both dirty team who fouls everybody. Italy's players don't dive, they may have just lost their balance, although it does happen with others, you can never say.

tbh imo no m8

Iamme is just biased and lacks any kind of football knowledge. Italy play a defensive system, anyone with eyes can see that, but so do France. The Italians however were the best team of the tournament, but not on the night, France were untill Zidane's moment of madness.

The Australia pen in the last minute is a good point, but to win a mayjor tournament you need abit of luck, and they got it.

The way the tournament works means its impossible for the best team not to win. Because if the best team was knocked out of the tournament, that means they werent the best team. :)

Although I don't like Italy, I think everyone needs to get over it, they won and there's nothing you can do about it.

Some players do lose their balance. I wouldn't say Italy plays defensive football. They wouldn't have won 3-0 against Ukraine if they did. Neither is having Europe's top scorer of 2005-2006 Luca Toni as a striker. Both teams played defensive football that night since it was the finals and they both couldn't afford to lose, but normally, Italy doesn't play defensive. They pass the ball around and that's not defensive. Defensive would be giving you the ball to attack. I'd call England's defensive football. They started off playing 4-4-2 against Paraguay and then switched to 9-1-0 or maybe even 10-0-0 after they scored.

It's Paraguay not Uraguay. Also Italy dives, Portugal dives, no point trying to cover it up.

Dude, every team dives. It's just a matter of more or less. Honestly, I haven't seen another team dive as much as England. And you should've seen the dive that sent Materazzi off. That was a complete dive and he rolled so many times into the penalty area hoping that the referee will award a penalty.

England dive at times but not half as much as Italy and Portugal.

England dives 95% when they're tackled. Italy doesn't dive a lot. They don't need to.

That is just nonsense. Why can't you accept that Italy are defensive, but affective? France had most of the play in the second half as Italy sat back and played for pens.

And I don't know why you're bringing England into the discussion as they were no where near the final.

Making a point that they dive. Why would Italy want to play shoot out? Their shoot out record is the worst.

Open your eyes you prat. Italy played for pens. I'm a fan on Italian football and I feel Seria A is the best league in the world. Must be that I know what i'm talking about and you can't see passed Italy as you're too biased.

Dude, I'm a dieheart Italy fan. And I watch Serie A as well. Why would they play for shoot out when Zidane got sent off? It was a 11 on 10 game. I doubt they wanted to play shoot out

When Zidane got sent off they had 10 minutes (maybe less I forget) to capitalise. They didn't. I'm saying before that France had almost complete control of the game, here is where I make my point that they played for pens.
