I really don't know what site too make, post your ideas and as long as it doesn't involve paying for anything on paypal [Except domain & paypal]

If someone posts an idea that really catched my eye, i will pay a couple o' hc's.

you shouldnt make a forum :P plenty exist.

make some kind of entertaintment site or a game thing.
