I think you look a bit podgy, no offence though... eg around the face and arms... if you take off your shirt maybe it would be easier to decide.

I suggest you swim more, do sit ups ( do 15 first, then more after you find it easy, every night), ride to school etc...

edit: I could be wrong, normally podgy kids before puberty become average during puberty, as they grow taller, you stetch so look more hansom...

hm I wouldn't put you down as fat, but I think you are a tad chubby as I can relate to you because I'm around the same age/height. If it was myself I wouldn't give a crap but if it bothers you that much play alot of sports and
do 50 sit-ups a day.
