I've had alot of ankel injuries and tendon problems in the past year so much so I couldnt walk. The physo said I was fine 5 Months ago and I didnt need anymore treatment. But Im not too sure becuase they are getting swollen again.

My bones do that weird clicky thing aswell.
Ive been doing the exercises and its winter so its not the wheather. My brace keeps it down so does tapeing but I dont need the support.

Any ideas on what I could do besides ice it everyday . . . .

Check this out, it helps injured ankles.

Try a selection of them in the morning and at night too.
