FTP Problems-vB Skin

I'm trying to upload a sdkin onto my vB forum. I tried to upload the folder into my forum's roto directory but it dioesn't show up on my file manager even though it is there on my FTP. What should I do?

There should be an upload portal in Admin CP.

Is this on my Cpanel X or my vB cpanel?

To uplaod a vb skin go to:

AdminCP ====> Styles & Templates ====> Download / Upload Styles ====> Import Style XML File

To do this log in to vbulletin admincp :) not your site cpanel ;)
