im taking my (first) driving test tomorrow.. im not nervous or anything (yet) :P but has anyone any advice for the day?
its at 8:20 in the morning so im getting picked up from my house at 7:15 AM :o

My advice is to make sure you have everything ready now...

I left it till 5minutes before my test and I somehow lost my counterpart license which is required and I was pratically in tears as my driving instructer was waiting for me outside and I was like OMG :'(

Luckily I found it 30 minutes before the test was due but I was in such a panic, so much of a panic on my test I rev'd it at traffic lights, and drove on the pavement turning a corner..

Luckily I had a young girl and she let me off and put them down as minors but I thought I had failed! I passed first time, so goodluck! :)

Not getting a car until September, I go on holiday shortly for 6 weeks so there's no point getting a car then leaving it parked up for 2 months with insurance as high as it will be for me :p

But after probably a small car like a renault clio or sommat.. then an Aston :P

i only got 4 minors which is pretty good, but a serious fault too. i was asked to turn into a really narrow street, i was on a dual carriageway so i slowed right down, there was a car waiting to come out so i had to go round at like 5 mph so i didnt hit it, but i didnt put it into 1st gear (left it in 2nd) there was a car behind the one waiting to pull out (which i couldnt see from the main road) which was halfway on my side of the road (must of just come out of his drive), so i had to avoid him and cos i was in 2nd gear still and slowing down even more the car did that thing where it speeds up, it sped up and i went up the kerb :P

it was either go up the kerb though or hit the person who was halfway on my side of the road, if i could go back to that point i think id of chose to hit him cos at least then i caused that idiot come inconveniance

kind of stupid because i've never hit a kerb while on driving lessons. the most annoying thing was that i wasnt even a bit nervous :@
