I agree, wait until Halloween, and in the meantime the chances of them dropping are slim to none, so it's win-win (unless of course you're desparate, but it doesn't seem that way).

Sell them when everyone trying to complete their halloween rooms just before halloween for like 3 HCs - supply in demand :D

I'd sell them around mid/end of September, thats when the Halloween rush will be on, and yeah, they should go to 2.5 - 3 HC :]
