Hey all,

I get a lot of stress, and I know a great way to get rid of it.

My dad has a punch bag and some boxing gloves (they're not as padded), anyway, when I get stressed and wanna break something, I get the gloves on and start punching the punchbag like mad, pretending it is my worst enemy. It works very well for me. :) I am feeling much better after a few minutes. So if you have a punch bag or a pillow even, punch it like hell and you'll feel better.

Just sharing this because it helps.

Used to have a water inflatable one that I used, loved it and it really worked aswell.


(And it keeps your health!)

We had one at primary school for kids with behavior problems they would go out and punch it 30+ times a day. It worked though. I use my bed and pillow. Or throw everything in my room around. Sounds crazy, and sounds like Im insane but it works . . . . then i have to clean up the mess!

Some stress is healthy though

Punch your pillow like hell, then you won't make a mess and have to clean it up ;)

Whenever I'm stressed out I just grab the nearest thing and throw it. (Something that isn't fragile, of course! :D)

Lol, I Just Hit my wall or somthing, hurts a bit though :)

I just punch my wall/door as when I'm angry I don't care how much something hurts, 1 time I 3 knuckles :o

At home? I walk out of my house and go for a ***.

At school? Throw stuff if at break, have a *** in the woods.

i dont get stressed but apparently there are relaxation techniques to do with breathing etc that sort you out if you are

just lay back and enjoy life :P
