ive been trying to do this but can i need to now how you get the content all diffrent ways so if it has a large content it will go down the page without the scrollbars and it goes alway down does anyone now how?

You are correct, but people think there are "normal tables" and "expandable tables", so it best to say they're the expandable one :p

No. They should learn. I am not lieing because of someone elses lack of knowledge. Unless you are using some kind of maths then you shouldent even be using tables, you should be using div layers.

It isn't a lie :) Just eaiser for them I suppose. I never "learnt" HTML, but after 3 years of looking at codes and making simple sites, you get the hang of it and I know they expand.
