Hey
The easy/lazy way.
Download Fireworks. Slice the layout in fireworks. Then goto top and click export HTML save it as index.html. The sliced images will then save. There you go, a site sliced and coded in fireworks HTML (http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=ie7&rls=com.microsoft:en-US&ie=utf8&oe=utf8&q=crap+coding).
