Hey,

How many crunches have you done in one go (you are alloud to have a break, but no more than 5 minutes otherwise it doesn't count)

I just finished 200 a few minutes ago, I only stopped a few times (for 10 seconds) to take in some of the pain.

Whats the most you've done in one go?

:o Same name as me Tom.

Check your PMs dude.

300's good, 200 was starting to hurt, but I think I would copy with 150 more.

Does it count if you use an exersize ball?

crunches arent as effect as a proper slow well done sit-up

I also done 300 in one go, only stopped once for about 12 secs at 175, hurts like hell though.

My current tactic. 20 Crunches, 2 to 2.5 min break to talk on msn, post and drink then another 20. It's not much hard work but somtimes starts to hurt around 15.

with crunches, I tend to do two sets of sixty (Thirty second break) hourly. Also after meals I will do the lower ab crunch With one set of fifty.

I've been doing this routine for around a month and I already have a fourpack developing.

You aren't doing them right then. They are harder than full sit ups, I think so anyway.
