i have my website setup here (http://sonicradio.connect-hosting.com) how do i put an iframe for the nav links to go 2 the content bit

Thats correct, and upload your images in the images folder onto your site mate :0

hmm yeh what theyve all said but he never made the banner or the layout
although its quite nice its says free template also mate one advice make your own one it looks more professional ect

Also, you need to target the iframe, main.html opens up a new window.

but yeah, when i use an iframe, i link it to my main page, ie index.html

I swear you make the iframe with the settings ect then you make a page with the content you want in the iframe on your site and then direct it to that frame ?
