Nice but what the hell is naturo? I like the third from left guy aswell. But the guy on the far left, his arm; unless he is like some stretchy dude, its weird. ^.^

Not too sure about

Lee's eyes xD His are a bit "bigger"
Iruka's shoulders are a bit "high" in my opinion and his skin is lighter than usual.
and umm.. I'm not really feeling Konohamaru's hair for some reason.

Just some constructive criticism :) I wouldn't be able to do any better so good job ;) Just take into my mind my advice :P
