Ok I said I would post my dude once complete...

Me and my mate completely changed it. Hope you enjoy.

Ewww. Theres no shading to them what so ever, theres no proper shape the arms just go up taken from the wave on Habbo.

Try to make them from scratch to suit the alteration rather than taking it.

haha sorry, good effort. I really should remember that much has changed since I have gone and its still younger users using the site. It wasnt that technical really, go down to your local weights gym, and see how technical it gets then :P

I reccomend that guy works out more,

Day 1 - Legs

Squats
Calf Raises
Leg Extension
Deadlifts

Day 2 - Chest and tris

Incline Bench
Decline Bench
Flat bench
Cable cross overs

Tricep push downs
Tricep overhead extension

Day 3 - Back and bis

Pull Ups
Lat pull downs wide grip
Lat pull downs close grip
Bent over rows close and wide grip
Low rows

Hammer Curls
Bicep curls
Preacher Curls

Day 4 - rest

Day 5 - light cardio

he will be sorted in no time

*do not attempt that workout unluess consulting a docter or physician before hand :) *

good effor but I think the nike swoosh looks abit strange.. and the muscles look weird =S The right > muslce looks ok but the left one < looks really odd.

add shading and.. dont use a black background its easy than you just have to draw and dont need to make a black outline...
