Ok i was studying the air bike crucnh and some of the others and i noticed the affect way in they worked so i tried editing them abit and i though of this idea, i tried it myself and it worked the abs i think and the top of my legs aswell, its hard to explain you sit on the ground put your hands just widen the shoulder width behind you,and raise your legs abit and start kicking in and out i will show a diagram, i hope you understand what i mean, pretend your kicking sumthing right infront of you thats low down and keep repeating

Don't put your legs on the ground, i also notcied if you lean againist a chair and put arms behind your head and stretch abit aswell whilst tensing it works abit more

This is a great way to harden the stomach muscles etc. However, the basic sit ups for beginners is a good start, then trying this method would be good. Nice thread. :)

maybe stickied and i need more feedback! i have been tryin to improve it today i will prob most other ways tomorrow, actually i cant lol dropping grandparents off at airport and getting new webcam, so i can do more viedos :P

Yeh, do that and move your stomache up and down like in a crunch and it works like hell!
one of them is like 10 crucnhes (its good)

try push ur stomach upwards aswell so your tensing and strecthing the muscle and if that dont work tell suck your stomach in that works for me

Its not a bad exercise, more your legs than anything..
