Well duh :P
Well if you think about it Habbo is aimed at 11 year olds and they like Harry Potter, I don't mind reading the books either.

There are currently three more Harry Potter films yet to be released. On 5 April 2006 Warner Brothers announced that the fifth film, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, will be released in cinemas on 13 July 2007. In December of 2005, Rowling declared on her website that "2006 will be the year when I write the final book in the Harry Potter series." Updates have since followed in her online diary chronicling the progress of this the seventh Harry Potter book, though a title and proclamation of completion have not accompanied them. However,in a 2006 interview, publishing director Bloomsbury confirmed that the seventh book is most likely to be released 7 July 2007 (7/7/2007). To accompany the confirmation of release Liz Calder said that "the next Harry Potter book is likely to come out in 2007.
So, to answer your question... nope!

Sulake make an income of over a billion a year I believe, so that is very likely...

That might still cause arguments. A good idea is, he goes to Hogwarts College of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and we never see him again :D

Don't know if it's on the new homepage but on the old one it says:

Habbo is aimed at 12 - 20 years old, however you can be over the age of 11 to check in ;)

18+

But just because they work for Sulake/Habbo don't mean they have to be 12-20

Are people that work in Mothercare under the age of 3?

Probably not, but the boss of Velvet, the toilet tissue is about 3. He is featured in the adverts :D

So why is there actually a Harry Potter poll? Is something happening with Harry Potter lately? Because I haven't been paying much attention to books...

I haven't heard a word on Harry Potter in months, and as Barmi has shown, no films or books will be seen until 2007 if not later.

My guess is that this is a promotional campaign so that the public don't lose all interest in Harry Potter until the next book or film is released. If so then this isn't the last we'll see of Harry Potter stuff, and not just on Habbo either.

Yes

I put that too, he wont die but it would be a good read if he did.
