Yes Alot Of People Do, But Maybe They Cannot Afford Hosting, So They Have To Use Free One's, Im sure We all Use Free One's, Also Freeweb's Is Known Alot For Freebie, Unlike Other's, So People Go Straight To Freewebs

I first had wanadoo to host my site first, but after i dicovered what freewebs had to offer i switched to them, if you dont like them its yours and freewebs problems not ours.

True freewebs is a pretty rubbish host, slow servers etc.
But thats not what people hate.
its The freewebs layouts that are bad. Even the bets content on the planet would become rubbish if put on one of those things.

ALl people want to see is a reasonble layout for the conetnt

I think the templates are so bad because so many people use them. If someone brought out si site with one of those templates but freewebs didnt exist i would have alot of respect for their site.

Actaly when looked at the freewebs templest are actaly quite poor, many of them suffer form glitches, and codeing errors. Athogh some of them cam look good, when put in naother browser of bigger screen size tha suggested they fall appart.

Also people arnt going to complimnt a layout someone else made.

Has anyone heard of the saying "Don't judge a book by its cover?". You don't judge a video game by its graphics, nor should you judge a website by its either. It's not the website or host, its the content of the site that matters.
