Like you know, Michael Jackson has been acused alot of times towards crimes with child (I won't get to any details). Do you think he could really have done that? I honestly don't know but sometimes, it's hard to believe when it happens 1 time per 2 weeks :s

I don't know - but for some reason I think he's guilty...
Dont be affended this is just my opinion.
I think Michael Jackson is guilty because:
1. Why would so many children under the age of 12 accuse him of child abuse?
2. He has the money to pay people off to silence them he could of abused many children we dont know about. (not saying he did pay any1 off)
3. There was a program on the other week showing a video of Michael Jackson abusing a child.
4. If he isnt guilty why would he be on trial for it?
thats your oppinion and i respect it but he just seems so kind an innosent lol

In my heart it believe he is innocent. I personally think that it was all a case of a child being talked into saying things for money.. and once one kid got away with it other families thought 'oh hey this is easy bucks!'
Mich is just having fun and staying young, and because people dont understand it he MUST be crazy :(
I so hope he is proven innocent :eusa_pray
yeah i hope hes proven inosent he is 1 of the kindest and greatest people ever!!!

I honestly think that this man has not live his childhood because of his father, always forcing him to sing. He's trying to live it now and he does parks for kids and want to help them, so they won't be like him.

It's really hard to say.. Most of me think's he is innocent, but after seeing one of the recent interviews one of the news channels did with a child acusing him of abuse etc. it's hard to say. The child described quite vividly some of the things Michael did. Most people will be waiting now to hear the verdict from the jury.

This is a really confusing story. I am finding it extreemly hard to pass judgement on this.
On one hand, Michael Jackson is weird! Lets be honest... I also am not going to get into details but there are many things about that man that make you want to cry weirdo!
But then again, what kind of parents would let their children sleep over at another mans house without their supervision. Questions the parents really doesn't it.
Also the thought of money is a brought to mind, could the parents of the children be telling their kids what to say? Just so they can claim compensation money?
There are so many good points for both sides, It is so hard to make judgment on wether or not you think he is guilty or not.
Yikes, I would hate to be the Jury in this case, it must be tough!
I hope that justice is served in this case.

Im pretty shore hes guilty.
I can see how accusitiosn may come from jellos people just wanting to get some of his money, greed in other words, and i do belive some of them probly saw this case and simply jumped on the band wagon.
But thers is triuth in the accusitions, its like the 3 or 4th times hes been to caught, and inccent people dont tned to spend a few hundered 1000 covering it up. And makeing out of caught settlemnts, if he was inccent he would have tryed to win the case, not pay of the accusers.
Yes hes famios, but he deserves no specal treatment. But his sentence should be prion not a fine, as that would do littel to stop him, and mean any of the people who jumped on the band wagon would be getting what they wanted
twiggy-twiggyset!

1. This is where he was accused to abusing the children, when he had them over to his theme park.
2. He paid off another boy back in 92' or 93' for the same charges.
In my mind- I think he's guilty, but we'll never see all the evidence that the jury sees.
And ain't it weird he always says he wants little kids around him?

i kinda reckon he is guilty!
Its his own fault even if hes not because he had this happen to him years ago and then he doesnt learn and still lets kids come around!
And someone sed tht a kid will do anything for money but...
eventually that kid will crack, he will tell someone or let somethign slip, so i kinda thing he is guilty, as if i had to keep a secret like that and i was lying and i had papparzi round my house and everything iam sure i would let something out

I agree with Reformed. To me it it just seems that hes guilty cuz they found his fingerprints and fingerprints of a kid accusing him on adult material (I wont go into detail)

If he is found guilty he would be put in one of those prison were the prisoners can leave etc etc.

I am swaying, i saw a documentry and it was kinda disturbing about him. He admitted to asking a boy to go into his bed! He may have, maybe not. Who knows apart from him :S

After watching many documentry's about him, the latest one called 'Michael Jackson's boys', on Channel 4 (UK).
I was kind of pretty sure he was guilty, but then I thought, maybe the children (pressurized by their family), is going to extremes to prove him guilty, I'm looking forward to seeing the result.
Although, I definately think it has all been exaggerated because he's so famous.
But like someone said, one boy did describe the events pretty vividly, and it was hard to imagine that he made it up.
So quite frankly I do not know what the hell to believe.

if it wanst true he woulnt have tryed to cover it up.
Plus under presuse children are likly to slip up, so i DO think hes guilty.
i perosnly think its been under esagrated becuse hes famos. hes a pediofile, and deserves a long prison sentecae, being famos does not mean he can get away with it

Of course it doesn't, it's never been that way, I do think he's guilty, but you never know, until he's proven.
