Why has everyone in the last week suddenly become obsessed with getting a sixpack?
All i'll say is that you aint going to get one..
Reasons ?
1. Most people on here spend FAR too much time online and not being active.
2. You don't get a sixpack overnight, i do around 600 upper crunches a day and around 250 lower ones, and i've only just started to see the results (And i'm a recovering anorexic!) People on this forum seem to think that they'll get one quite quickly - NO CHANCE
3. Most people on this forum 'll give up after a while, due to laziness.

I actually agree with what he's saying, since I know what I'm like myself. I'll goto work out, get a phone call, go get stoned, fall asleep in my mates, and end up doing the same thing the next day... :(

Totally unnecessary and a complete waste of time to be doing 600 upper crunches and 250 lower ones.
To get a set of six pack abs you will have to do two things; get in an hour of cardio a day to increase your metabolism and start really dropping the fat and secondly make sure that you do your abdominal exercises at the start of your workouts. As long as you work all your abs, i'd say 30 on each group then you'll see the results. So 30 on working your obliques, 30 on working your upper abdominals and 30 on your lower abs.
