I have stages of making aswell as proof i made. Also, the thing on her belt is a mini clock thing, i had to make her taller cause shes really tall in the game and also she isnt holding a gun, thats a holster

I think he means because there is no shading on the right hand side. Speaking of, there is also no shading on her arm either. I like her hair though, although I think it goes back too far, looks too large.

I think the straps on her legs make them look flat, because there is not no shading on them. But 8/10.

No its not
On habbo you can notice the leg has a curve and his solid rather than being paper thin. Work on that.
And you need a bit more color variation in the hair
