My credits?

I doubt its lag.. Because I've been doing this for a few days now & my computer isn't laggy..

Anyway I bought credits the other day, I typed in the voucher code, It freezes on that box for about 2 minutes, And then comes up with

"Technical Error.. blah blah.."

Any ideas on what I could do?
Because I don't really want to be wasting my money..
