does anyone know how 2 change the coding?

as when i want the dj panel pages and request line changing it comes up as:

and it has welcome to the djp4nel request system when i want it to say shouthabbo line:(

it comes up like that becuase it is Zend Encoded. You will need to talk to Dan-MB i think.
