:$ I can't remember if i bought credits within the last 7days
so i bought them anyway. If i had i would get a reply saying ' You have reached the maximum blah blah.. '
Or, on the other hand if i did not buy credits and not spend over £10 within the last 7 days i would receive a reply giving the code?

I tried 2 times got no reply ATALL.

E-Mail player support. I had this problem using SMS and they replied asking what the telephone number i used to send it was, and the credits line that i sent to.
I told them and within a few days they had replied saying we have found the missing credits, enjoy.

Habbo can trace any missing credits so just E-Mail them about it.
