Build the relationship up until you feel confident enough too ask her out. No point just asking all the people you fancy out even if you like them all. Best too start as friends then when you get the confidence with her it will come naturally.

Like already said, there's no point just going about and wanting a relationship with anyone you like. You should get to know a girl better to start with and build up your friendship to begin with then you can decide whether or not you want to take things further, and because you already know her as a friend you shouldn't be as uncomfortable!

You should just go up to them and ask them out, don't worry this is coming from a girl, girls like boys that have the confidence to ask them out right, and you neevr know they might say yes. But if they don't dont worry just brush yourself off and go on to the next one. :D GL XXX
