Nothing is free in life, nothing good anyway.

You'll have to pay for the .co.uk, .net etc. domains as they have to be bought anyway and you can get free hosting but not the best but if you are starting a new site, it might be enough. Go on google and search free hosting or something like that and im sure you will atleast find one.
