Credits Line For 35 Creds Isnt Working !

Well I Cant Get Through On The 35 Cred Line Just Goes Numb Like When Someone Dies , You Know The Straight Line , I Repeatly Kept On Calling , But Still Nothing ? Anyone Else Have This Problem ?

I did it 3 times and gave up.
I got a reply like 4 hours later saying my weekly limit had been reached. :(
