Person pretending to be Callie :o

A habbo (Not mentioning his/her name) has been spreading around the hotel an msn address that is meant to be Callie. If you DO receive any messages like this report the habbo telling you immediately because it is a scam. Earlier on I received a message saying:

"Omg!! Faye help :( I've been scammed! this person told me this address and I thought it was Callie and I gave her my pasword and all my furni was taken!"

So I then added this address so I could track down the habbo who was responsable for this scam! Finally, due to a lot of hard work and a lot of help from my friends, we caught the scammer! :) But unfortunately at least 5 people were caught out by this scam.. :(

So remember, if you do receive any messages like this, report the habbo immediately because:
-Callie would never ask for your pasword
-It is very unlikely that anyone would beable to get hold of her email
-Habbo does not give away jobs as a hobba like that.

To not get scammed is very simple if you just think before you act!

Yes, I saw this person in budys trade room shouting out his email adress.
I added him/her knowning it was a scam.
I pretend to be habbo staff and scared him with threats of a Ip ban then he blocked me.
But yea its obviously a scam so report the person when you see him/her advertisen that scam.

sorry to burst your bubble, but just because you caught the scammer, it dosent mean thet they are jsut going to make another account and continue doing it even if they have an ip ban

Yeah, my friend recieved this type of scam through a Console message, apparently, Callie was giving away rares but they needed her password. I went round her house and she was so excited about this rare, and she told me that Callie needed her password and I was shocked. And I told her it was a scam, and she changed her password STRAIGHT AWAY. Don't fall for these scams! :8
