Rs help

Well i have been playing runescape for a while now but latley my computer crashes/freezez evryitme i go on rs... i was hoping that someone else had this problem and new how to fix it.
If you have any ideas plz post below.

Ye it dont matter it aint java anywa just tried it and it still dont work... anymore ideads:)
