I found out that these are much better than zammy prayer books...

Can you tell me whats the quickest way to gain tickets and how many tickets roughly is needed to get rune defender thanks

It took me like 1000+ tokens. But I was incredibly unlucky with the drops.
Get a set of addy or rune (Full, legs and plate) and go to the animation room. First floor, big room.
Once you've killed the addy animation, you get 30 tokens and 40 for rune. These two are 100+ though.

so Animation rooms are the fastest... but the armour breaks, does anyone know how many times can I fight the runite animators b4 the armour breaks?

And the cyclops doesnt always drop the defenders? but it is common right?

Addy and rune don't break. Thats for certain.
And its random, can be dropped one after the other or after a long spell (for me :() Just make sure you speak to the woman before you go into the room, and once you've got a defender..just show it to her.

I no amples of people who have got it in under 1000 but 800 did not get me a bronze so yeah. Animation room is the fastest like stated.

I got up to steel with 500 tokens, and it took me around 30mins to get 500 with addy. gave up though :P

Get an obby shield, they both have +5 strength, but you can get the shield faster and it looks better. Rune defenders are for the wilderniss, so when you die, you don't lose something valuable.

omg, I used already 700 tickets, I havent even got the bronze yet... I killed loads... and ppl get its within 100 tickets... whats wrong?
