Is this so called "VPS" a server where you can sell reseller hosting, and all that jaz?

Virtual Private server

like a dedi but smaller and you can get several of them on a dedi



cpanel/whm , root acess . sell reseller accounts etc

VPS: A number of hosts on a server, root and so on ;)
Dedicated: Full server, root and so on ;-o
