What is it please? My host doesn't have a clue

Check the index file permissions (CHMOD) also delete the .htaccess if you dont use it

I know Ben but I am helping Dave to get it all backup, and then all of a sudden that error appeared :(

If your host doesn't have a clue and it is a server problem, ask for refund.

644 is right. Delete the file called ".htaccess" ;)

Yep, all worked until the host suspended and then un-suspended me
