AX-Hosting Help

I have jsut bought a year's hosting at AX-hosting.com but I cant login to the Cpanel etc. I can get into the billing and I know I am using the right passwords so whats up??

passwords 4 cpanel are case sensitive!

I tried that but It was no different..

All Fixed now it turns out the adresses where mixed up :D
