Pure ess. Buy at 80-90 ea in any not too populated members world in varrock east bank, sell world 2 near fallys east bank at 100-110 ea.

You can do that with cowhides, and its way easyier to buy in al kharid.

go to member worlds, buy full rune for like 100k - 120k and sell in non member worlds for 150k....
