My new Girlfriend's birthday is coming up and I'm getting her something, the question is what though?

I don't really know what she likes/dislikes yet, and i really want this present to go down well as i could really see this relationship go far.

You guys/gals got any advice on what to get and what you like recieving yourselves?

If you've only been going out for a short time, get her something to show you'd protect and stay there for her forever. IE a pendent thingy with her anme in it. or something.

Ive had an idea!

I think i shall get her a card, write a special message in it and fill all the empty space with memories and words and phrases that remind me of her.

And buy her a single rose to show passion/love

If you do go the Anne Summers route (or to any sex shop, there's bound to be a few around that you just don't know of) then make sure you don't buy any underwear/costume things, unless she's told you exactly what to get or is there and asks for it. Us blokes always manage to get it wrong, and you'll upset her if you get the wrong size of something (she'll either think you think she's a heffer or that she's thinner than she is and she'll go anorexic).
