Could anyone help me i have problems logging in.

I havnt been on habbo for the past year nd now everytime i log in it says opps can not connect please refresh. nd everytime i do refresh it says the same. The faqs said its probs because the hotel is to full but ive tryed logging in when theres less then 1000 habbos online. so that can't be the problem, ive also tryed deleting and re downloading shockwave and deleting cookies nd internet files, could anyone think of anything else that could be the problem. Ty for any help i can get.

But i have i could get on it the last time i tryed. Its only been happening recently. coz when i was off for the year my sister still went on it nd it worked fine.

no within the year that i wasnt going on habbo my sister was now it wont work completely for any account thats put in. Not just mine.

Have you downloaded anything, installed anything internet'ish or changed any settings since you were last able to login?

No Nothing. i dont know whats happening. could it have anything to do with the speed of my computer, because the last few weeks its been running slower. But i used to be able to get on habbo on my last computer and that was 10 X slower then the one i have now.

Disk clean up is all i can say really
If youre sure youve cleared all offline content

Try a different browser, if youre not already; switch to firefox ;)

How do u get firefox? nd whats a clean up disk?

Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>Disk Cleanup
Wait for the status bar to finish and youll be shown a list of all files not needed on your computer, select all boxes and click 'OK' and in the pop up that appears click 'Yes', the disk cleanup will just clear the unnecessary (sp?) files away

If that doesnt work ill explain how to get firefox ;)

hit the download button and download the exe onto your computer, open the exe by double clicking it and install by clicking next until you get to the finish line ;)
you may need to re install shockwave but firefox should do it fairly automatically

if youre unsure about anything about firefox, dont download, im sure there will be another way of fixing it :P

if i download firefox will it do anything to the Aol browser i use now? or just give me another browser?

:o, youre an aol user?
i assumed you were on internet explorer, sometimes aol really disagrees with shockwave so try internet explorer and firefox, neither should do anything to your current aol browser

shes not getting the wrong user/pass alert shes getting the error message and then having to refresh the page
