Does anyone else cough when they clean their ears? Because it happens to me everytime I do it, and I don't know why, but whenever I ask other people they say they it doesn't happen to them, so I was just wondering if anyone else coughs when they clean their ears?

I thought that might be the problem aswell but no matter how far I put it in I still always cough.

Indeed I think if the cotton bud touches your eardrum it trigges off coughing. Anyone ever read the back of the cotton bud thing? 'DO NOT USE FOR EAR CLEANING' or something like that. Thats about there only purpose ;P
