Do you have any Game Saves or anything?

You lose roughly 5-6% of space due to advertising.

You see, on an electronic device, 1 MB is actually 1024^3, which translates to 1.073 bytes of memory.

So, 1.073 x 236 MB = 253.2 MB + the advertisement space magically added so numbers are easily recognized by the mainstream.

On my 256mb I only get about 245. Haven't a clue why.

yeah, sort of like when you have a compuiter without an opperating system on, it's got the full 200GB memory, but when you put windows on it, it goes down to like 197GB.

Get me? ;o

hmm my 1GB stick has the whole GB :S is it a sandisk one? cos i hear with those, you can get some really dodgy japanese rips where the stick is really dodgy and loses data and doesn't have the size advertised. my official sony one has the whole 1 gig though O.o
