I'm new to web designing and stuff, i have photoshop so i could make layouts but wth is.


Slicing
Coding, i know what they are bot how to do them.
Will someone help me make my own templates, fully slice and code them.
I wanna start making webbies.

ok josh you know how you make layouts in photoshop then you go to imageready wich should of came with photoshop and you take the cutter and cut the image up into little slices then save each slice and save the html and there you go sliced and coded layout just add iframe or tables.

How do you save the slices @Danny, yeah sorta.

ONce you have sliced it all up in Adobe Photoshop / Image ready, go onto

File > Save for Web > Save

Then select the folder, ect and it should be saved. All images save in the folder images/

And then whats happened once its sliced, you can do the image thing, then add text on it, how?

Josh if I was you I wouldnt bother learning to code in fireworks or any other program.

Before trying to have images make a colour only layout with no images to help you learn. Then add images that you can cut up using fireworks/paint and code in in dreamweaver using divs or tables
