most located in country's with very lax copyright laws where they can get away with it, not ones with devil company's like the riaa who sue old lady's who dont even have computers for just downloading music, not distributing it...

I think you'll find its a site where ANYONE can upload music, I have a T&C and it clearly states uploading of illegal content is against my rules and it will be removed, only personally produced mp3s can be uploaded.

It also states I will take no responsibility for what is uploaded.

Aha yes but see, I didn't plan on people uploading official mp3s. It was for bands to upload their work ;)

Dude, you are going to get sued so bad. All someone would have to do is go to the Office of Fair Trades and report you. You would be down in minutes and sued. You may have it in your TAC but you provide no link to the TAC.
