Hey
Plus side:
Top banner looks great.
I think the colour goes very well
Down side:
Boxes need to be aligned
Edit: That was towards the first link.

It was 4px at the top, between the banner and boxes
It was 6px across the tops and bottoms of all boxes, and btoh sides.
It was 5px in the middle
Everything was aligned. The spacing between columns of boxes can be different, and the spacing between the banner and content doesnt matter
Changed all to 6px, not that it will make any difference when coding
Aligned Copy:

PURPLE SHOWS ALIGNMENT
OZZIE: HOW AM I MENT TO MAKE THE BOXES ''MORE INTERESTING''

That was for a copyright box, and as it is to be coded in CSS and XHTML, it makes no difference at all!
(The boxes expand)

I dont like it really :( Im going to give you reasons why and maybe you could improve the layout with these:
Pros:
1. Good Placing
2. Using more than 3 colours
Cons:
1. The green should be more lighter light green and black == Success
2. Pattern lines arnt great use a light black/brown or use a medium grey
3. The banners dull make it light and get rid of those chunky lines and remake it.
4. BRIGHTNESS, it feels dark and dingy :(
---
Its got potential though if you follow my advice :)
