Yes, apart from I don't HAVE paint. And also It's a simple template, it doesn't have to be complicated for it to be good.

Using the same ideas you have said, I wouldn't then buy hosting or domains from 1&1, which I have, they don't have flash templates or excesive use of gradients, though they are possibly the no.1 paid webhost in the world.

Edit: Yeah splinter I don't have paint, I'm on a mac.

Also,

bbc isnt all just white and text is it and googles a search engine so it doesnt need images [apart from image search]
