I have seen over the last few weeks people saying,

ZOMG DAT LUKZ LIKE A PAINT JOB LOL.

Or

OMG NO GRADIENTS - U R A N00B LOL

Or other things along those lines, so I decided to make a thread about what people think what is important in a web design.

and ofcourse that it looks decent..
