I should imagine that's due to habbo not loading properly, if you refresh it should work. :)

Nope didnt work at the time dunno by now everone in the hotel had it.

That happens every so often, everyone goes the the default look
I just reload Habbo and its usually ok :D

thats actually really funny because i had the exact same thing happen to me, AND they had those exact looks, girl and boy, except i had a lot more girls..........

Best thing to do is re install Shockwave thats what I did and no more problems.
