Here are some rare values i have seen in the hotel.

Petal Patch - 4.5HC seen 1 time, 5HC seen 5 times.
Throne - 27.5HC - 1 time, 28hc - 4 times, 29hc - seen 2 times.
(Some people wanting 31HC for their throne, but no-one trades for more than 30)
Green Dragon - 1Hc - seen once,1.5HC - seen 2 times, 2hc - seen once.
Throne sofa - 2.5HC - seen once, 3hc - seen 5 times - 3.5HC - seen once.
Majestic - 3HC - seen 2 times.
Study Desk - 1hc - seen once, 1.5hc - seen 3 times.
Hammock - 4HC - seen once, 4.5HC - seen 3 times, 5HC - seen once.
Sea Dragon - 1HC - seen once, 1.5HC - seen 4 times.
Alien\smoke machine - 0.9hc - seen once (Dicemaster and blue bear rug).
White Pillow - 1.5HC seen 3 times
Red Pillow - 1.5hc seen once, 1hc seen once.
Monolith - 2.5HC - seen once, 3hc seen once.
Silver Nelly - 9hcs - seen once, 10.5hc seen once.
Green birdbath - 9hc, seen once, 11hc, seen once.
Silver birdbath - 13hc, seen once, 13.5 seen once.
Habbo cola machine - 1hc seen 6 times, 1.5hc seen once.
All pillars i see traded are for 1hc (Terracotta pillar, Antatlean pillar, and Greek pillar).
COMPLETE parasol set - 10hc, seen once.
Calligraphy poster - 0.5HC - seen 4 times, 6 RD seen once.
Chinese laquer sofa (Not called Red Knot :|) - 0.5HC seen 3 times.
