I am going to be honest, it is absolutely rubbish.

Don't use the default colours from paint [Except Grayscale Colours] just mess around with them [Double Click On The Colour] and choose one yourself..

Try aligning the boxes the same, for example the Navigation has a big header and the content doesn't.

If its for an online game, i suggest paying someone like Joe/Sygon to make you a proffesional one because from that, its telling me your not very good at making website layouts.
