I would prefer you only rate on the character itself and not the background or the fact that it is a popular alt subject now.

Personal Comment: I'm not sure about the bandana design but I personally like the face and pants and I'm proud of myself for doing the boots.

hm I think the clothing should look more ragged because you rarely see pirates with complete fine clothing lol. THe boots do look quite nice anyways I think you could improve on the belt a bit, because it looks a bit too 2d. Nice stuff though, as always :)

He alderady had an eye patch and a bandana I didn't want to go too stereotypically pirate (eye patch, woodern leg, hook etc.) and I think the pants are cool :P
